Uninterrupted production processes during the renovation of the refrigeration installation

Fleury Michon is one of the best-known agri-food companies in France. Among other things, the company produces numerous food products for French supermarkets. At the beginning of the year, the compressors of the cooling system had to be replaced. Part of the compressors had reached the end of their useful life and for another part the maintenance costs had become too high in the meantime. In addition, Fleury Michon wanted to renew the refrigeration system with an eye to the future. They wanted to use energy efficiently to cool in an environmentally responsible way and control cooling costs. Fleury Michon decided to engage CN Solutions to help them with this challenge. CN Solutions is an international organisation that helps companies optimise their energy efficiency. Coolworld made every effort so that Fleury Michon's food production could continue uninterrupted while their cooling systems were being replaced. Need and problem

With a view to an energy-efficient future, Fleury Michon, a large French food company, intended to renew the entire cooling capacity of its production facility without interrupting production.

Solution

Coolworld deployed heavy calibre equipment to enable Fleury Michon's food production to continue uninterrupted during the renewal of its cooling systems: 2500 kW for -8°C, five 800 kW chillers, eight water pumps, 500 metres of cable and almost 1000 metres of DN100 hoses.
